Development therefore begins with the real material and a representative part or film structure.
Color Matching and Appearance Options
Projects may target opaque, translucent or transparent appearance, subject to pigment and polymer limitations. A physical chip, molded part, film sample or recognized color reference is preferred. Special visual directions can be reviewed separately when the required effect and end-use conditions are clearly defined.
Development Workflow
The target is reviewed, a laboratory formulation is prepared, the sample is evaluated at representative thickness, and customer feedback is incorporated before the approved formula is transferred to controlled production. Instrument readings can support the review, but the customer-approved physical standard remains the practical reference.
