Thin film requires uniform distribution with close attention to visible specks and surface defects. Pipe and profile extrusion emphasize stable processing and consistent appearance. Injection and blow molded parts may require a balance of jetness, coverage, gloss and repeatable molding behavior.
Dispersion and Processing Review
Carbon-black dispersion should be evaluated in the customer polymer under representative shear and temperature conditions. A grade that performs well in one process may not be the best choice for another because carrier rheology and final-part geometry differ.
